I build digital twins in Unreal Engine 5: BIM, GIS and live building data in one real-time scene, fast enough that people use it.

Rev D · 2025 to nowFlagship: AURA Halo

Late-afternoon render of the AURA Halo concept tower on a fictional waterfront, reflected in the water.
AURA Halo concept tower: this web model has 822 elements, 809 with twin IDs (930 across the full tower). Path-traced stills; real time when you move.

01 · BIM

It starts with a model you can trust.

BIM management since 2017: models, standards and coordination, the ground every digital twin stands on.

Aerial view: the tower on its forecourt at the shore of a generated city district at sunset.
A fictional waterfront district, generated by rule on a local grid in metres. Not a real place.

02 · GIS

Then it takes its place in the city.

GIS puts the building where it stands: terrain, streets and neighbours in one coordinate system. City-scale twins are part of my product work, under NDA.

03 · IoT

Then the building wears its data.

441 sensor points come online floor by floor. Each one is a twin ID carried from the generator registry to the screen.

04 · Operations

And it becomes software people use.

Pick any air handler, chiller or sensor: its readings, three hours of history and the alerts it raised. Scrub back through the day, or switch to a recorded replay.

05 · What if

Then it answers what if.

The same simulated day, run twice: as designed and with your change. More people, a warmer setpoint, a heatwave, less outdoor air. Comfort, air and energy before and after, with the reasons.

Most of my professional work is under NDA. Each piece is described by its role and scope only: no client names, data or screens. I'm happy to walk you through it in a conversation.
